Make the app work

It took me 5 attempts to onboard myself to this app. Each time I tried I would get stalled (different spots) and have to close out the app and try again. When I finally got it working the interface is regularly not functional. When my transactions loaded and I attempted adjust the very first subscription to indicate that it was no longer active, the toggle button is not even a button and doesn't work. It's set up as a slider and won't even stick to off. I'd like to use this app and take advantage of the 1 year free trial but it's not useable right now.

Wow, Evan, I'm so sorry for the poor experience. It's definitely not what I would expect, and our engineering team is looking into it now. I'm going to follow up by email to get a little bit more information about your specific setup so that we can make sure this does not happen again!

Also whatever you're using to record feedback is terrible. I don't want to make a wholly additional account for a random service to give this feedback.
